Warrior: 'Ginseng' at least 20 years old.
General: 'Reishi mushroom' at least 30 years old.
Commander: 'Gynostemma' at least 5 leaves and 30 years old.
Martial: 'Chamomile' at least 50 years old.
Mortal Fate: 'Tara Dandelion' at least 100 years old.
All these medicinal plants should be refined into simple elixir's to consume; otherwise, it will deteriorate the health.
Carl calm's his mind and starts chanting the first Mantra of nameless cultivation technique for 1 minute, 5 minutes, 1 hour. Still, nothing happened, he felt puzzled even then he didn't give up and continue to chant for the whole night, but the result disappointed him.
